5/19/2025: Dude’s first litter with Hart is born. Mac is from this litter.
8/13/2025: Dude’s second litter with Hart is born.
11/15/2025: Dude’s third litter is born. This litter was with Padme and resulted in 1 Chestnut Agouti (Argente St. Hubert F1) kit, and 4 mixed breed rabbits that look similar to a Champagne.
12/31/2025: Dude’s fourth litter with Denna is born.
Initial Post (7/4/2025):
Dude is the first Champagne d’Argent buck I got for my rabbitry. He was born at Primal Acres Rabbitry. He loves my sister, Emily, and has been declared her favorite rabbit. He doesn’t like any treats except for hay cubes. He will turn his nose up at anything else. He’s not one for being held, but loves being petted and exploring around the rabbitry any chance he gets.
Dude is a big buck who has an amazing hind end that is full all the way to the table. Technically speaking, he peaks a bit early, and is too dark and uneven in color. I recently acquired a new buck who doesn’t have these faults, but he is a bit TOO light. We will be hanging on to Dude in case his darkness is needed to balance out some light coats in the future.
